Mission Statement

The primary mission of the Center for Group Studies is to teach and promote a unique method of effective group leadership derived from the principles and techniques propounded by psychologist Louis Ormont, Ph.D. These techniques serve to enhance the effectiveness of group leaders by increasing their understanding of the obstacles and the techniques for resolution of these obstacles to optimal group cooperation.

Beyond its primary mission, the Center for Group Studies aims to improve interpersonal communication and understanding among those diverse work environments, as well as people around the world through the training of effective group leaders who know how to harness the power of groups to effect healing and change.
